Most importantly, it’s all about choosing healthy, whole foods that you enjoy to sustain long-term results. Remember, the key to long-term weight management success is that you love the healthy foods you are eating.

Why Should I Get Started?
Without a healthy you, nothing else matters. You are the most important thing to yourself, your loved ones, family, and friends. The reality is there is no perfect day to start. We will all have days when we will feel unmotivated and struggle. This is why our program is designed to help you track your meals and meal prep. You will be assigned a lifestyle coach to help motivate you on your hardest days and watch your journey to success. No one is perfect and we understand how difficult weight loss is, so we are here for you!
Tracking is Key
Here is where the rubber meets the road. Studies show that the most effective way to lose weight is to track what you eat. In order to make your life easier, we have designed an app to help you track your caloric intake. This is a no-judgement zone where you list what you ate for the day. Plus this app takes it further by allowing you to set goals in your activities.
What to Expect
Day 1: During your first visit, Dr. Elliott will gather all your personal data and metrics. We also encourage you to have a full-body BEFORE photo taken to remind you of how far you have come. In some cases, medication can be prescribed to assist you with your weight loss.
Week 1: You will meet your Lifestyle Coach and download the apps (Food tracker and Workout planner). From this week on, log something every day, no matter what. Even if you’re eating or drinking something that you didn’t plan, don’t feel disappointed in yourself and log it anyways.
Week 3: We will start focusing on your weight loss goals and help guide you to making better food choices.
Week 4: This will be time for your first in-clinic follow up and more information gathering through a questionnaire to help you make more small improvements.
